They insisted on many procedures that were not necessary. Sent me to a specialist for a root canal and the specialist did not see a need for a root canal. They also said I had cavities that a second opinion proved false. Worst yet - I was in extreme dental pain and was told that they could not fit me in for 2 weeks. Do NOT go there

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. All of the office staff is friendly and helpful. Their office is very quiet and peaceful. I was able to relax very easily.
