Extremely bad experience. Mark Ryan Group was representing the seller and us, from what I can tell they have zero integrity as the house was obviously not worth what the sellers were asking. We paid full price for what we have learned is a true fixer upper with significant living and safety issues. We were a military couple moving back from England and specifically asked our realtor to look for obvious signs of disrepair.
