Love my Dr.
I have seen Dr Rotman off and on for years. He has never failed to give thorough informative care to me when I needed it most. The last visit I presented a whole page of hand written concerns and he was able to address each of them accompanied with appropriate follow ups and printouts for lab work. His kind and warm demeanor always makes the experience easier.
Dr. Rotman is a fabulous doctor, but Village Medical -- the new owner of the old Associates in Family Medicine -- is a disaster. "Local" calls now go through a call center in India, where the transfers and long waits begin. Communication is terrible. TV screens in the offices bombard you with advertising. What a mess!
