We used to see Dr Poole and my son and I loved her so much, Dr rohaus seems like a nice guy and he did listen to me and my concerns and get us referrals and things we needed so I have no issue with him personally, however my son has pretty much started having to use urgent care and the emergency room as his primary care physician when he is sick because no matter how much you call you cannot get through to make an appointment! Dr. Rohaus is a wonderful pediatrician and so is his staff. I’ve brought both my sons to his practice after he helped me so much with my autistic daughters medication. He has great bedside manner and is very caring. Ive already recommended him to several friends at my church.
Wonderful experience with all three of my childrens' new patient appointments. The staff is fantastic. They are so friendly and compassionate. Dr. Rohaus is kind, caring and incredibly informative. He is thorough in his assessments, and I feel like he spent an adequate amount of time with us. I never felt rushed. So thankful to find this office!
Horrible experience with this doctor at our new patient appointment. Unfriendly and short. Kept pressuring me about vaccinations. Sad because his reviews seemed great. Not sure if he was having a bad day, or just didn’t like us but definitely will not be returning. On a side note His nurses were great and super kind and efficient!
I've only had the ABSOLUTE best experiences. He is so informative, listens to all my questions and concerns and we always feel like we are getting the upmost care, no matter the day or time. I would suggest him to any parent for there kiddos. Very grateful we found him and the staff.
