I had an embarrassing experience here, the front desk lady was saying all my business outloud, and when I went to get my chipped tooth analysis by Dr. Sprague they'd make remarks like "ew, gross, discusting" which was honestly so humiliating and I felt this was unprofessional. I stay up on my oral hygiene, its a chipped tooth what can i do about that? It was unnecessary, there was one lady I wish I remember her name, she was a kind asian lady who helped me through my papers. She alone made this process alittle more bearable.... read more
INCREDIBLE staff, Dr. Redford is BAR NONE!! I had a hard time finding the best fit for what I was looking for but, found it and then some with this dentist!! THANK YOU REDFORD SMILES for my AMAZING first visit!
Can I just say this is literally the best dentist office I have ever been to. All the staff were so friendly and caring. They were understanding and reassuring during my visit. They answered all my questions politely and went above and beyond to get me the assistance I needed. I have pretty bad anxiety when I go to the dentist but everyone at this office makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I just got two of my back molars pulled out this morning.
