not satisfied I had many many visits with Dr Ray.. I had two fraxels and a micro fractional laser treatment. I am worse than when I started with him.... He will bill you and keep you coming back, whether it helps you or not.... I wanted help and he did not deliver...........I pleaded with him to help me... There has to be better docs...I felt like a cash cow...
Are Their Phones Off the Hook??? I hear from my teenage son that he feels comfortable with Dr. Pruett. I’ve never met him. I work out of town and am a single parent, so I've been so far unable to attend either of my son's two appointments. My personal experience with Trinity Dermatology, though limited, has been nothing but negative. For some strange reason, no human being answers the phone!
