ZERO STARS: Horrible bedside manor and worst of all he misdiagnosed my father's heart issues or worse he just ignored them completely. We followed up with another doctor due to my father's continued symptoms and with just one look at his file, in about 5 minutes, this new doctor immediately recommended a pacemaker. The new doctor was literally shocked that Dr. Ottolin did not make the same recommendation. After a quadruple bypass was performed , Dr. And his team have continued to provide above and beyond care to help my father along his journey .
