I unfortunately had an awful experience with Dr. Kaiser’s PA, Ayla. She came in the exam room seemingly angry and annoyed I was there, it was my first ever time going. I was having issues with my feet, namely my nails on my feet and my hair thinning so I was obviously distressed. She basically treated me like a hypochondriac and a criminal, telling me the pitting, ridging and discoloration was normal. Please don’t go to this office. So many issues from the very first point of contact. I have been waiting since April 11th to get an appointment. My PCP sent a referral to this office in April and when I called to follow up the lady never stated her name which is already horrible phone etiquette. The lady stated she never received my referral and told me to send them a picture via email. I had an appointment today with my husband that we scheduled weeks ago or appointment was for 3pm and we arrived at 2:30pm, the waiting had roughly ten people there when we arrived so we filled out our paper work and waited people came and went and we were still there one and a half hour later my husband went to ask if there was a problem and the receptionist stated that those people saw other providers which we knew was bs so we left, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE THEY ARE QUITE UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
