I have had chronic psoriasis since I was 14 years old. When I was 28 years old I went to Dr. Kaiser and he was the first doctor willing to do a biopsy and give me that diagnosis. He’s the only dermatologist in all of my years (I’ve seen countless) that actually listened to me and made me feel like this wasn’t hopeless. He’s great at what he does, is seasoned, and has a confident expertise. I will never go to any other dermatologist.
I am very disappointed of this office I was trying to find a local dermatologist and this has been the worse experience. The front desk is rude and they don’t rely the messages I requested a refill for my prescription after my consultation and after the nurse physician told me to just call and requested bc I was doing everything right. They never updated me to let me know for a week and a half about why they couldn’t send my prescription. Dr. Kaiser and his staff are so professional and caring. Our family has been going there for years, and we have always been very satisfied with the care we receive. Dr Kaiser just performed a MOHS procedure on my ear, and he was so meticulous closing the wound. My ear looks so good, and I'm so thankful to him for the care he gave to me, and the outcome of the surgery.
Dr. Kaiser is a very pleasant physician and great listener, but this is the second time I called and the same person is very rude and does not listen is on the phone. Don't know what her name is but she may be their receptionist. I called to make a payment and she pushed the payment through and clearly ignored that I asked her to only put a certain amount. She shouldn't be in this field if she has a nasty attitude on the phone and dismisses what someone is saying.
My visit with Dr. Mark Kaiser was the BEST. He is knowledgeable and took his time explaining issues so that I understood them, despite his office being quite busy. The best part of my experience is that he solved my problems.
