Doctor Pyle is an incredible pediatrician. He is outstanding at what he does and is so good with the kids. He has always been patient and understanding with my millions of questions and never acts as though it is a burden. My son LOVES being around him, and he remembers us every time we go. Such a personal experience that never feels rushed or discarded. 10/10
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Pyle’s for over a year now. He has always been very knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns no matter how big or small they were. He has always listened and never once have I felt like he undermined anything I was unsure about. Very thankful to have a good doctor so near to us.
Office phones dont Ever answer til 1 hour later!! Was almost turned away with a bleeding 3 y.o. child. Was told to go to urgent care CAUSE DR DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE APPOINTMENTS. although all i wanted was the dr to look at wound just for precaution. When i got upset they decided a nurse could look at it. Then the nurse decided to take him back. Should i be mad? What is wrong with our medical system? Im not getting a handout folks . IPAY MORE THAN MY MORTGAGEFOR MY PREMIUM!!

We absolutely love Dr. Pyle! He is so informative and doesn't make you feel silly for asking questions that seem obvious to anyone else. We look forward to our visits with him, the office and staff are all so welcoming and he is aweaome!
First time I have reviewed a dr ever. Saw Dr. Pyle for the first time last week when I came in concerned about my daughter weight. Instead of giving me the Judgy eye like other Dr's have before , he was patient,kind and sympathetic. I immediately came home and put his few rules to work in our house. I swear to God that within two days the outlook with my daughter behavior has been flipped 180 degrees. Looking forward to my best time him him!
My daughter has extreme health issues. She has been a patient of Dr. Pyle for almost 4 years. Dr. Pyle has treated her wonderfully along our journey. If something is out of his realm he recommends us to a specialist. He is straight forward, and efficient.
I do not recommend Dr. Mark J. Pyle to any new parents. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. He did not listen to any concerns even when giving him a list of things. When a mother or father say there might be something wrong with the child you should listen. I am so disgusted with Dr. Mark J. Pyle. Before you dismissed us from your practice I went down the road to another practice which addressed my sons issues an resolved my worries. He is a healthy boy thanks to Buckeye Pediatrics. :)
Dr. Pyle has been great. i appreciate that when he comes into the room, he is never in a rush, or acting ready to get to the next patient. He takes his time, asks multiple times if I have any concerns, and goes above and beyond to explain things. Some people complain about having to check-in 15 minutes before appointment, and that the office is strict if you're late, but I have never had to wait long at all, and enjoy that people who are on time aren't held up by those who are late.
