I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30 am. The following occured on 01/08/26, customer no. 100896, invoice no. 6BCS602138, adviser no. 3175552, tech no. 3283363 , mileage 8,800. We had our Trailblazer in for service. Oil or something was spilt onto engine cover, dirty fingerprints left on right front fender, tires were not rotated by manfacturer required X-pattern but were only switched back to front on the same side.
