The staff there are always friendly & professional and are very courteous. I went in for an oil change and had an "update" that would not run for me. Because I scheduled my appointment online, they had no idea I was coming in for service. This is the second time this has happened to me. Next time, I will call as I do not like having to wait so long after I scheduled an appointment (or at least thought I had appointment.) Your online appointment scheduling should definitely be fixed!
