I bought this car in November and waited to write this review in case anything else went wrong. I found the specific vehicle I was looking for online on the Mark Porter website. I contect them the next day and let them know I was interested in the vehicle but would be driving 3.5 hours one-way so I needed to make sure this was really the one. I purchased a used KIA from this dealership. I live out of state and worked closely with the salesperson to checkout the vehicle with extra pictures and videos. Customer service and responsiveness was great, which did not stop once we drove off the lot. After leaving the dealership we discovered a major, complicated issue with the vehicle, which was disappointing to say the least. Used Buyers beware. Drove over an hour and a half to go see the vehicle, test drove it and noticed a noise coming from the rear. Told them about it and they said they would fix it to sell it to me. Gave me everything I needed to take to my bank, got the loan and everything set up and told them I had it set up waiting for them to repair the vehicle and call me, only for them to call saying another customer came in couple days later and did not complain about the noise so sold it to them. Would not recommend!
Excellent Garrett was very professional,polite and helpful in our Suv purchase..Explained everything well and answered all our questions..I forget the financial guy's name but he did the same also.. friendly and helpful..
