Outstanding doctor, highly competent, helpful and most caring.Dr Popkin has provided excellent care for me for about 15 years. Since early years I have had Severe Excezma and Psoriasis. Dr Popkin has significantly helped the problems, distractions and many problems these conditions caused me; interrupted sleep, unpleasant appearance, etc. I am thankful for the very helpful care I receive from Dr. Popkin.
Dr. Popkin is very patient and kind. He responds to phone calls very quickly. He is very professional in treating patients and following up their progress. I highly recommend him.
Dr. seemed indifferent to my skin and hair problem. Never sent my blood results to my regular physician.
Waiting over 30 minutes for my apt. Spent literally 3 minutes in his office. They over booked and rush you out !
