Rude staff!!!
I would rate my prior experience with Dr. Popkin as great. The reason for my one star rating is due to his reception staff. I had scheduled an appointment for him to consult a skin issue. I received paperwork in the mail to fill out and a reminder call for my appointment. I had arranged coverage at work to leave early because the appointment time was at 2:45. I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Popkin. I have really bad medical anxiety and he immediately put me at ease. Even while discussing a scary to me diagnosis he made me feel reassured and comfortable. He listens and isn’t dismissive. I am very thankful for his empathy and care.
