3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The only thing I have to complain about is when you sent my truck out to have my tire rod repaired. What they did it was on the passenger front wheels but they un did the back and realized they made a mistake. They took parts a lose and did not go back and fix it we had to buy new parts and repair it ourselves. We did not know they took those parts lose. And it caused damage to my truck. 3.5 Star : Customer Service The work Payne Collision did was great.
