Dr. Pastore did an amazing job rebuilding my knee. His staff is amazing. I was guided through pre and post with exercises and monitoring my pain level. After surgery they were responsive to my needs and always responded within hours. My PT was superb. My surgically repaired knee is stronger and pain free. Thank you Dr. Pastore and crew.

I’m a recent patient of Dr Pastore’s who underwent full hip replacement surgery. Being 75 years old I was concerned about how well and quickly I would respond. The surgery was extremely successful and I was up and at it within weeks. Dr Pastore explained the procedure in detail, reassured me and answered all questions. Both he and his staff were accessible and always willing to help. If per chance I need the other hip replaced, I’d be back to him in a second. I highly recommend Dr.Pastore and his practice !
Dr. Pastore is an absolutely phenomenal surgeon. My knee replacement was my 7th and final surgery on a 45+ year old sports injury. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst, I was a 10 with a knee that was only able to bend 90 degrees. Dr. Pastore worked his magic in my knee. He has given me my active lifestyle back again. At 4 months I am playing pickle ball, running, hiking, golfing, swimming, biking - anything. Absolutely amazing! I am forever grateful to Dr. Pastore.
