We've had our hair cut, truthfully on and off, at Mark Pardo, Nob Hill, for over 15 years, before they closed. My daughter set a appointment for a haircut first at Nob Hill, then at Winrock many, many months ago. The stylists apparently kept leaving their business and then of course the closing of the Nob Hill location. It took months to get to today. Excellent service. I went to Jay for seven or eight years until I moved out of state. He is absolutely excellent and what he does.
