I would rather have a loved one go to PET SMART! The office staff doesn’t listen and talks over you and will not let you tell your reason for coming and has excuses. We were scheduled to see this Dr. On April 28th. At 2:00 and they canceled the appointment on the 27th. At 11:00 am , leaving me to find a Dr ASAP! RUN don’t WALK find someone else.
My experience over the last 35 plus years has been extremely positive! Dr. Karchon is caring & concerned.. he listens & will definitely refer you to a specialist it needed. We will stay with until he retires! I don’t know what we would do without him! His staff has changed over the years… but have always been wonderful! Beautiful people! We walk in & they know exactly who we are & say hello to us by name!!! Needless to say we will never go anywhere else!
Between the doctor not listening to me and terrible office staff, my health has suffered.
First, let me say Dr. Karchon is a VERY good doctor, and I really like him. My wife and I have seen him many times, and my wife continues to see him. However, I needed a rather urgent appointment but was told by the office staff that since I hadn't seen the doctor in a few years, I would be treated as a new patient. I was also told new patients could not be seen for a few months (January, it is October, as I write this). As my primary care physician, he was thorough, respectful, courteous, and very professional.
Dr. Karchon and the staff are consistently professional and friendly. It's always a good experience when I have to go there.
