First, let me say Dr. Karchon is a VERY good doctor, and I really like him. My wife and I have seen him many times, and my wife continues to see him. However, I needed a rather urgent appointment but was told by the office staff that since I hadn't seen the doctor in a few years, I would be treated as a new patient. I was also told new patients could not be seen for a few months (January, it is October, as I write this).
