This was my first experience with this office. Super from top to bottom.
Dr. Gerald and his staff were outstanding. My crown unexpectedly fell off and they got me in quickly to take care of it. During the visit, Dr. Gerald noticed an infection in a tooth next to it that I had no idea was there. Instead of just fixing the immediate problem and sending me on my way, he took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything and address the underlying issue before it became a much bigger problem. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and pays attention to the details.
Dr. Gerald is wonderful. He listens when you have questions and does not make you feel forced to do a procedure you are not ready to do. I absolutely recommend his practice. Everyone that works for is is very kind and caring.
He is a great dentist. Very caring and painless. Office staff is great too.
