Dr Ortiz has a jolly Personality, did answer my questions completely. Good presence. I was happy with my visit, except for the double charges, if you have to check my prescription for your records, I shouldn't have to pay for that. If i am going for my records, I suppose the second charge might be valid. But, frankly, this needs to be explained up front.
Dr. Ortiz is great. The kiosk check in is awful. Absolutely do not like the kiosk check in.
