BOTH were ROACH INFESTED!!! No matter how many times the exterminator or pest control came by they would come out EVEN MORE. EXCEPT! -- I conveniently received an automated denial letter to my application, with little to no explanation. Riiiight. We’ve been living in this complex for several months now, and I’d like to share an honest overview of our experience — both the highlights and the challenges we’ve faced. If I could give 0 stars I seriously would. This is a sorry excuse for a leasing office or community. I submitted an application with included fees on the 24th of JUNE and it's gone BLANTANTLY ignored. Every email, voicemail, text and any other means of communication you can think of, unanswered. All the while I see people moving in and the availability on the website is consistently updated. Hell the office responded to a comment on here less than a week ago!!! This is 100% discrimination. It’s an older building but the rent is reasonable and it had all the things I was looking for. Location is great especially if you work or party on the strip. The views are AMAZING from every side, especially the corner ones. The neighborhood is a little questionable but the building is gated and secure and resident parking is underground and gated also and it feels safe coming and going especially at night.
