If I could give 0 stars I seriously would. This is a sorry excuse for a leasing office or community. I submitted an application with included fees on the 24th of JUNE and it's gone BLANTANTLY ignored. Every email, voicemail, text and any other means of communication you can think of, unanswered. All the while I see people moving in and the availability on the website is consistently updated. Hell the office responded to a comment on here less than a week ago!!! This is 100% discrimination. It’s an older building but the rent is reasonable and it had all the things I was looking for. Location is great especially if you work or party on the strip. The views are AMAZING from every side, especially the corner ones. The neighborhood is a little questionable but the building is gated and secure and resident parking is underground and gated also and it feels safe coming and going especially at night. My stay at Mark One Apartments has been exceptional >. The management has been awesome about fixing every maintenance request. The Amenities here are great! Management works with tenants to create a welcoming stay. This property is near every entertainment and eateries possible. Management has shown courtesy to all new tenants and current residents. Mark One rocks !

This is a fraudulent building, and they scame you to apply and charge you for no reason. Their building has air circulation problems, very unhealthy. Do not rent this place, and the management should feel ashamed for running this ratty business.
