Elevator never works slow fix any issues crime is rampant
Three words: Unsafe - Dirty - Unreliable I moved here with high expectations, but my experience has been very disappointing. From day one, there have been ongoing issues: The trash rooms are locked, forcing residents to leave garbage in the hallways, making common areas, especially the lobby and elevators, dirty and unpleasant. Elevators frequently break down, and today both elevators are completely out of service, leaving residents stranded. Update: Emailed as asked - completely ignored. Three words to describe this place: Dangerous – Dirty – Faulty. 1. Trash Rooms – During my first month here, the trash room on my floor was open. Then, it was suddenly locked, forcing everyone from all floors to bring their trash bags to other locations. As a result, the hallways—especially the lobby area and elevators—often become extremely dirty and unpleasant.
