Dependable, helpful, professional. Knowledgable, responsive, friendly and caring.
Did not ask questions. Apparently read not from my Primary Dr. Walked in and started suggesting meds. Did not do any analysis.
Very concerned about my condition.
Very nice physician but his staff is awful. I can't get my prescriptions refilled (once taking 3 weeks!) and they do not return phone calls. I have finally had to file an official complaint as I am yet again, without my medication for over a week. I will be switching my care. I hope Dr. Mozer or St. Peter's can address their staffing issue and get rid of the people who don't seem to want to do their job, because Dr. Mozer himself seems like a helpful person.
I read the reviews and felt confident about meeting with him. And I was not let down! He listened thoroughly and thoughtfully. Great attitude and personality which is extremely important for me. If you don't click with the person who is evaluating your life and health, you likely won't get the correct care. I left feeling positive about our plan. If the plan doesn't materialize like we expect, I trust he will continue to work with me on what will. PS - scheduling urgent appts (never have) gave 5
Mozer had prejudged me before I ever walked through his door. He received information through an NPA, my so-called "caregiver" at St. Peter's Hospital. He would not listen to my story, continued to interrupt me after asking me a question, and often changed the subject and then refused to listen to my answer fully, and on to another irrelevant question. He prescribed a psychotropic without ever making his own diagnosis.
Excellent service and patient care.
