They were effective and knowledgeable, with a refined, transparent, and detailed process that made it clear what was happening and why at every stage. During the initial calls to discuss mortgage rates, however, their tone could at times feel belittling, and the process was not explained as thoroughly or clearly as I would have preferred. That said, we were encouraged to trust them — and we’re glad we did, because the experience improved significantly as we moved forward.
