When i couldn't get there until after the dealership closed on a saturday, their sales rep Rick stayed over after they closed to accommodate me. He was very courteous helpful and knowledgeable. When I was there they had a problem with the ac and they fixed it for me and had it ready just a couple days later. I absolutely love the customer service. And I absolutely love my car. I have been buying cars from Mark Moats Ford since the 1970's. I have bought several new and used cars from them, and they have always given me a good deal. Mark and Wes have always treated me well, and provided great customer service, and great service on my cars.
I've bough two (2) cars from Wes Moats in the last 6 months. Wasn't my plan, but he gave me the best deal and GREAT service. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy!!
