very old staff with no smiles, made me feel very unwelcome. test drove a Ford Taurus, didn't come back after finding a few issues with it and seeing the misrible looking staff that didn't seen to care.

I go to work early in the morning (before Moats Ford opens) so the Moats' staff picks my car up at work and brings it back to me before I leave when I have the oil changed, etc. I appreciate this service very much. The staff member who picks my car up and brings it back is someone I would trust to drive my car, otherwise I'm not sure when I could get the service done. Thanks, Moats Ford!
