Don't buy at Kunes Mitsubishi of Madison. Why? They Sold me an extended warranty they won't acknowledge. I made an effort to find remedy on the problem, even though it was under warranty. The molding was falling off of the roof of the vehicle. I had to argue with them in order to get them to take care of the first one. I went to another of their dealerships and they said "why don't you buy another vehicle? Because I can't afford it! They should be closed down. Don't make the same mistake I did. I sat down with Peter today and went over options for refinancing my vehicle that I did not purchase from Kunes. Not only was a service friendly and prompt but they were able to help me lower my interest rate and monthly payments! In the future I will definitely consider coming to them for a possible trade or the purchase of a new vehicle. *Update* I have also set down with Peter and went over options for a trade in and upgrade. Jasmine & Ian we’re wonderful! They helped keep my 7 year old distracted & gave her snacks while helping me get a lower interest rate from 15% to 4.9 and removing my co-signer & a slightly lower payment too.

I never leave reviews, but Tony made a normally stressful situation for me very comfortable. I was very well taken care of and I appreciated his honesty and their team’s expertise. I had a wonderful experience. My sales guy Quincy was the best. He listened to any questions or concerns. He and his team answered all questions before and after purchasing my new Mirage. I will definitely go back and tell my family and friends.
