I felt the brakes for my newly purchased used 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage were scrapping. I sent my vehicle to this dealership for a brake inspection to which they came back and said I had 3mm left on the back brakes and 7mm on the front or vice versa and my car was fine. Military buyers beware. We purchased a vehicle from this dealer recently. They bill themself as military friendly but tried to hide a manufacturer military refund and denied that it existed until confronted with information from the manufacturer website. As a senior military enlisted leader, I need to warn younger military service members about shopping here. Initially, things were great. In December of 2019, we met with Dan M. He was wonderful He worked with us to get us into a new 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. Great car, initially, but basic service started to cost more than your typical new car should cost. 4 years in, the bill is now quite high every time I go there. 3/8/2023 OMG!!! My experience with them started out OK, but ended rather badly... I initially called to test drive a certain vehicle (Volvo XC60) and spoke with a gentleman named Jay. I asked if the vehicle was still available, and after a brief hold he came back on and told me that is was. We specifically go to Quebedeaux for service because they are efficient and knowledgeable about their products. We especially appreciate the service manager of Mitsubishi, Albert Samaniego, who always greets us with a smile, makes us feel important and follows-up on any work that needs to be done. Awesome experience the sales and financial team are awesome too work with. I closed my deal on my purchase within 1hr and 45 minutes from the time I walked into the facility.
