I’ve had my Subaru for a little over 5 years. When I first got it, this place was great. Super helpful and fairly on time. Over the years, the service has SEVERLY gone downhill. Waiting for over 4 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation service (had an appt by the way). I’ll show up to pickup my car, I never know who to talk to. Half the time there’s no one ever there, and then when I do manage to find someone I’m still waiting 20-30 minutes to pickup my car that is already done. I read some of the recent reviews so I was a little hesitant to bring in my vehicle for service. However, Mark Miller did a great job. They were informative and quick and helpful. Pricing was spot on. My service advisor Taylor was very professional and communicated well.
