I have been with the Mark Miller agency for many years. Today I called in from the enterprise rental car and for some reason my rental car had not been approved yet after a hit-and-run accident. Mary solved absolutely everything for me. Although it was a day after a holiday Weekend and she had a hard time getting in touch with the specialist team that needed to get my approval complete she stayed with it.
