It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

This was the first time I had been to a derm doc (and yes I have lived in AZ for 8 years!) so I was unsure what to expect. First off they were all SO nice! The waiting room was one of the most comfortable doctor waiting rooms I have ever been in. They had a tv on and a super cute area with jewelery so that you could browse or buy. My first time visit to Dr. Meyers office was great, the whole staff was very family and helpful. I made the appointment that day, and the squeezed me in. Jessica Lio removed several moles off my face and neck, it was pain free and the price was just right. She was very informative and helped me to make the right choices for my skin care. I will be going back to her for all my skin care needs. I would recommend her to my family, and to anyone reading this looking for a great dermatologist.
One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
