Horrible, horrible, horrible! Do yourself a favor and find another insurance provider. I wish negative stars were an option for this rating system. I transferred my account from a wonderful State Farm agent in Arkansas and it was all downhill from there. Since February 2021 I have fought with the Mark McGriff office to have my bill corrected.
