Dr. McDonough is a conscientious professional both compassionate and to the point. I am fighting the ravages of Parkinson disease and the testing he and his staff administer is comprehensive and exhaustive in helping me understand the impact on my cognitive and motor function. I highly recommend Dr. McDonough for an unbiased and accurate assessment of your neurological disorder.
Drs. McDonough and Lipori were both congenial and apparently quite knowledgeable. As to trust in their decisions, I have no basis to judge. (My remarks do not apply to psychology services, only to testing services. )
He listens well. He explains well. He does not judge except within the bounds of the evaluation and profession. He kindles hope, and "promises" progress toward healthful goals.
We appreciated the way Dr. McDonough put our family at ease and explained the evaluation process so thoroughly. Our child, although apprehensive, cooperated as best as possible. The office staff was very professional and put us at ease. The feedback we received after the process was invaluable. We look forward to our return visit next year.

Everything went smooth, the environment and atmosphere is great. Everyone is nice and courteous and they explain everything out. If you have questions Dr. McDonough will break it down so you understand. There is no judgement, and they have been nothing but accommodating from the start. Ultimately, everyone there made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Mark McDonough.
I liked Dr McDonough right from the start! He was very welcoming, personable and educated. He was very easy for me to talk to and I felt very comfortable with him!
I have seen a couple of other psychologists in the past 6 months and have not found the experience pleasant or helpful. The appointments with Dr. McDonough were both of these things. I found him helpful and thought he really cared about my issues.
My son could not have been blessed with being seen by a more professional and friendly doctor. I would and will recommend him to anyone.
