I had an excellent experience with Dr. McDonnell. From the moment I met him, it was clear that he genuinely cared about my well-being. He was incredibly attentive, always taking the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Disappointed with customer care. Paid out of pocket for treatment of my daughter's ingrown toe nail and was told that the treatment/cauterization meant she'd never have that problem in that spot again. Within just a few months, we're back in the same boat (same issue, same exact spot) and doc's office says "nothing is every 100%". It would have been incredible for them to offer to reevaluate or fix it, but no offer was made. They said I could come back in an pay another full visit.

Dr. McDonnell repaired my torn ankle tendon. It went perfectly, and exactly the way he said it would. I can move now! He is kind, knowledeable, funny and very good at his craft. We had many appointments. His staff did all it could to minimize my out of pocket costs too.
