Mark missed an in ground oil tank adjacent to our house before we bought it 5 years ago. Now that we are trying to sell the house, it has become an issue that will cost thousands of dollars to fix due to his oversight before we can sell the house. When i contacted him looking for an explanation or some kind of help, his excuse was that he's not required to report oil tanks.
