Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
