Worst experience ever with the service department that has had my GMC for over a month now and although me and my warranty company, I purchased that at mark Martin too, have paid for repairs it is still having problems that weren’t previously there and the service department is telling me to take it somewhere else. What am I supposed to say to another mechanic that the dealership can’t fix it and has no idea what is wrong with it!?!?! Just recently visited this dealership and Wyatt Slater helped me get into a 2023 Chevy Malibu. Mr. Slater and Everyone who helped with the process made it an incredibly fun and knowledgeable experience. I highly recommend going through this dealership!
Danny Vest, Service Manager, was very helpful and super nice.
I've bought over 50 vehicles in my lifetime and this by far was the worst experience ever. Was very obvious that they did not inspect or service the 2024 Chevrolet HD truck (9% oil life, 2% fuel filter life, two bad batteries, and bad elec module) that they had in their possession for over a month before I bought it. Left me stranded just 13 hours after purchase. Then would not get truck in for service for another 5 days. Evidently no sense of urgency since they had my money.
