I've been a patient for years. The service was pretty good. The front office not so much. I'd never missed an appointment. I called to cancel outside of their time frame and was charged $100.00. i scheduling a new appointment i went to the appointment and was told because I didn't answer a text, they canceled the appointment and charged another $100.00.
