Worst customer service ever. Never received a call back when requested a call back or when they tell you they're going to call you back. Not all but most of the receptions are pretty rude when you first check in or when you call back and ask questions. Been dealing with this since 2024. Worst orthodontist facility.
Not sure what happened with this office. It was highly recommended to me by my dentist who had worked with Dr Lowe for so many years….but turned out to be a very bad experience! The doctor and staff are nice but they do NOT get the job done! My kid’s treatment was suppose to last one year… it took 6 month for invisiglin trays to arrive. Then a year later after finishing the “treatment”, the teeth did not move where wanted them to move. So we decided to do a second treatment (I did not have to pay more).. I was excited to take my son for a consultation. When I get there everything is good. But once I got taken to a room with my son a nice lady talked to me a bit about braces, then she left. Another lady came in like if no one was in the room no greeting nothing. Then she left and came back and sat in front of me without acknowledging I was there. I would give 0 stars if that was an option! I was told my daughter would need treatment for 18 months to 2 years. We were also told that we would be 100% satisfied with the results. She is past 4 years of treatment at this point! The Invisalign initially fixed her bite, but the office ordered her trays wrong and it pushed her midline off significantly. So they had to order new trays. We were told it would take a few weeks, that turned into a year!!!! Then once they were finally here, my daughter’s teeth had shifted too much ... read more
