I would give 0 stars if that was an option! I was told my daughter would need treatment for 18 months to 2 years. We were also told that we would be 100% satisfied with the results. She is past 4 years of treatment at this point! The Invisalign initially fixed her bite, but the office ordered her trays wrong and it pushed her midline off significantly. So they had to order new trays. We were told it would take a few weeks, that turned into a year!!!! Then once they were finally here, my daughter’s teeth had shifted too much ... read more
Great visit for my son. Quick, efficient, and professional. Everyone on the staff is always super nice. Plus, the video games in the waiting area help my younger son to happily pass the time : ) Thanks.
My experience started out great, I am currently using clear correct to help straighten my teeth, but it has now been months that I have been waiting for a new set of trays to come in, plus they have not openly communicated about when the trays will be ready unless I call (which I have many times). I’m very frustrated as this is making my treatment time much longer than expected to be. Overall frustrated with the lack of communication and effort.
Update: Dr. Lowe promised to finish straightening my teeth. I am not happy with the length of time to get updated set of liners. I have waited months for a set that was suggested would take about a month. I have several teeth that are not straight. I am not happy with the service. When I call to inquire, I get vague answers. Dr Lowe is helping improve my smile with OrthoFx aligners. He is patiently working on some stubborn teeth even after I finished the usual course. I’ve been very happy with his work.
