Reviewed my children’s needs individually and thoroughly. Highly likable and funny! Good communication with staff observed.
We have seen Dr. Lovell since my daughter was around 7 months old and have been happy there. This last visit we had with him, my daughter was diagnosed with strep and RSV. The exam room we were in was right by the nurses station and when both the test results came back positive, Dr. Lovell and his staff laughed at the fact she had both. I am extremely disappointed in this behavior and lack of professionalism. Why they thought the fact my child was sick was funny is beyond me.
Mainly wouldn't recommend the support staff. Their prices if you have bad insurance are awful. Whoever their head of accounting is, Michael I believe is his name should not be allowed to speak on the phone. He has an awful disposition and a horrendous speaking voice. Plus, his favorite thing to do is tell patients no. Go to mana they are all around better clinic for kids.
