Receptionist is rude , God forbid you don’t have your co pay … I pity the people with skin cancer that needs burned off that don’t .. very rude
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They will make you wait for 40 after your scheduled appointment time and then give you a bullshit reason. The receptionist was so rude.
Dr. Westphal has 51 years experience but unable to diagnose a simple case of foiculitis . So he can charge the Veyerans hospital for steroid injections time after time for 4 years. He is a either incompetent or a fraud. A 2nd opinon and am cleared up in1 week. I will be reporting him to tje board.
Dr Westphal was very nice and explained everything in detail as he was doing it.
