I have been customer for number years they did good work, but always expensive, the ring I brought them didn't come back same it didn't fit my finger, I lucky had a photo of it being at a jewelrs before ring was a 9 1/2 so took back to them they put on scale 8 1/2 they measured my finger 9 1/2 same finger I wore the ring on when I brought in for repair , they said they would fix ringer , I was happy as mistakes happen left with them , 7days later I realize they never gave me a completion date or a receipt for ring.
