Always a pleasure
The Doctor was friendly, pleasant and very thorough.
I was so grateful to get squeezed in as my symptoms could have potentially been related to a serious issue. Dr. Liebetreu was so through with my exam and was able to rule out retina problems and put me at ease.
Physician and staff are friendly & efficient. Caitlyn was knowledgeable & compassionate. Their Call Center is horrible! Calls are routed out of the country and their information & service are definitely not patient centered. As an established patient, I had to drive to their office to make my appointment. At the office, Imelda scheduled my appointment promptly. I would rate this practice higher if their Call Center was capable in helping patients.
