My visit was great. The team was very efficient and helpful and did a great job of explaining everything related to the process. Very friendly!
They are always available to help me adjust my orthotic. The orthotic has changed my life, I never knew how badly I slept before I started using this device. Mark and his staff are first class.
I have enjoyed an amazing year with no snoring and better sleep. When I recently needed a small adjustment to my appliance, I was quickly given an appointment. I had a skilled technician who helped me, and the doctor came in too. All is once again well. My husband, a faithful c-pap user for nearly 15 years, is strongly considering the change to this easy method to allow for peaceful sleep.
Jay took care to tune up my appliance to make it more in tune with what I needed. He also followed up the visit with a phone call to be sure that the device continues to meet my needs (especially to help me sleep better at night.)
