I got myself into a fix when I accidentally left my jaw aligner device in a pocket and put it through the washer and dryer. Yeah, it melted. I called Sleep Better Columbus and they got me an appointment the next day. And then on the day itself, Jay texted me and said they could actually accommodate me more than an hour early.
