Was a patient of Dr. Mark Levy for approximately two years. At my last visit he told me I should address a possible need for a root canal. I did not address the issue in his timely manner. Found this office on a google search and loved all the great reviews, so I made an appointment easily, with no issues. Today was my appointment and I must say I had such an amazing experience. Front desk felt like we had been friends since forever and the assistant and Dr Lee made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time. The office was clean and they have good parking right in front of the building.

After calling many times, and waiting on the line. Despite the fact that my insurance website said this office accepts your insurance. The lady was rude enough to say, we accept that insurance but that plan. And the question is why? Answer, we have no answer. I would give 0 or negative rating for this office.
