I took several items including some jewelry, some items well over 100 years old. Mr. Lawson looked at two or three items and offered me about $1500.00 without bothering to look at the rest. When I didn't jump at his offer, he told me I was wasting his time, accused me of coming there to get a free appraisal when I asked about some of the items he didn't even bother to check. He was not only rude but also condescending and obnoxious. I definitely would never recommend him to anyone.
Mark and his staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We found Mark to be very honest and fair regarding our items. We would definitely seek his services again and would also recommend him to our friends and family.
Mark is very professional, trustworthy, and fair. whether he is buying directly from me, or sending an item to auction on my behalf. I deal with him frequently and I highly recommend him.
Mark was very polite, courteous and helpful. Whilst he could not help me, he got back to me right away and directed me to someone that could better serve my current needs.
