Our son was in a very severe motorcycle accident. We contacted Mark and he was so honest and helpful. That in itself took a ton of stress off our situation. Everyone in Mark's office was helpful and friendly. I was amazed when I would call the office no matter who answered they would recognize my voice. Mark got us the best possible outcome and was able to negotiate successfully with all parties involved.
