Update: they have new front desk staff and the woman I spoke with was super kind and understanding and worked with me. All has been resolved. I really hate to leave this review. Shari, my hygienist, is the best there is. I adore her. I have out of network insurance. Kujiraoka’s office submits a claim to my insurance, the insurance company pays them, and I pay Kujiraoka’s office the remaining balance. Except in nearly every case it was me (the patient!) who had to ask Kujiraoka’s office for my bill. I indicated early summer I... read more
