Update: they have new front desk staff and the woman I spoke with was super kind and understanding and worked with me. All has been resolved. I really hate to leave this review. Shari, my hygienist, is the best there is. I adore her. I have out of network insurance. Kujiraoka’s office submits a claim to my insurance, the insurance company pays them, and I pay Kujiraoka’s office the remaining balance. Mark and staff are amazing. I am not an easy patient and was having a major produce done. His office was caring and understanding and never once was frustrated with me. A special shout out goes to Cassandra for going above and beyond.
