Mark not only helped us find a beautiful home in Northbrook but he also turned around and helped our landlord sell the townhouse we were previously renting from. Mark is the best realtor in Chicago!! Not only did he list our condo on a Wednesday but we got a full price offer within a few hours, a bidding war, and 5 contracts by Saturday. He’s amazing at what he does and I appreciate him so much!! Thank you for everything Mark Kowalik!!

Mark sold my home as if it were his own. He followed through with everything he promised and then delivered! I’d highly recommend using Mark. He made the process go smoothly every step of the way.

I am a first time homebuyer and Mark made the experience as easy as possible. He was able to explain the whole process to me in a way that I understood. He was excited to explain the real estate world to me and was very up front and honest about the market. Which made me more confident in him as our agent. He was very responsive and helped us get our first offer accepted! In a crazy market no less. I would recommend Mark to all of my friends looking to buy in the Chicago area.

Mark was the best realtor we could have asked for! He was incredibly helpful in understanding every step of the process. He knows the market extremely well, which was useful when evaluating different condos. He was a tireless advocate through the inspection and negotiation and made sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be using and recommending Mark going forward!
