Very nice, warm reception. Throughly professional, gave good advice for eyes and future information of the eyes.
From ageism to complete disregard of the customer, this was a horrible experience.
I had to visit GRO after first going to their Rockford office. This second visit was because the first time I was given a bad script, had ordered 7 pairs of glasses, worn them for two weeks to adjust to the new script and was getting headaches and unable to read street signs. When I came in the women working there were wonderful, the doctor (Kosciuszko), who was the same doctor I saw on my first visit in Rockford was rude, did not take accountability for the script being incorrect, did not take the time to properly explain h... read more
