I had bone surgery, and tooth extraction, went extremely well, Dr Kortebein was very gentle. It healed nicely. No complaints.
I had an extraction done by Dr Kortebein and it couldn't have gone better. The doctor was very gentle and professional and his assistant Alissa was very friendly, informative and helpful. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.
The doctor was 75 minutes late for my appointment! When he finally came in the room there was no acknowledgment of his "tardiness". In the middle of the procedure I was in extreme pain, I was lying in the chair sobbing, tears running down my face! As best as I could (my mouth propped open) I asked him to stop, I needed a break but he just didn't stop - there was absolutely no concern for my comfort or well-being! It was an absolutely horrifying experience!!!! It's what nightmares are made of!
Iwas very dissatisfied with my daughters experience at the Mequon office with Dr. Kortebein. Dr. Kortebein did not answer his pages over the weekend when she was in severe pain due to a dry socket and infection which I found out later. Once he finally did answer his page after 3 HOURS, yes, I said THREE HOURS, he said that we should just wait to see her the next day. Turns out she had dry sockets AND an infection and was in severe pain. Wouldn't most dentists come in over a weekend to look at t
