My appointment was for 9:00 and I was asked to arrive @8:45. I completed all of the paperwork in advance,as requested. At 9:35, I still was not called to the back. At 9:15, I asked when I would be seen and was told “ it should only be a few minutes-he only has 2 assistants” So frustrating when my time is disrespected!
Great Doctor. Used to see him in Sherman. Driving down to McKinney now to start seeing him there. Yes, he’s worth it!
We were told a needed procedure would be performed the day of the appt as long as no infection was present, which there wasn’t. We had called ahead to make sure of this before making the appt. We made a 2 hour round trip to be there expecting the procedure to be performed that day only to get a few minutes of a hurried appt and then told come back in 2 weeks to have the procedure done. The office coded the appointment wrong many times. They finally called back and fixed the problem.
